Terms, Conditions & Liability Agreement


Making a reservation or visiting Ashland’s Creekside Campground implies full agreement with all terms, conditions, and liability waivers.

Acceptance of these terms applies regardless of whether the agreement checkbox has been selected. Failure to sign or check the agreement box does not exempt any guest from compliance with campground rules or liability waivers.

By signing, guests authorize all credit card payments according to the card issuer agreement, including any previously charged amounts.


Guests also agree to hold harmless the property, its agents, and affiliates from any damage, injury, death, or acts of nature that may occur during their stay. All amenities and facilities are used at the guest’s own risk, and the property is not responsible for misuse resulting in injury or damage. Guests are required to carry appropriate liability insurance.

By signing, guests confirm they have read and agree to follow all rules and regulations. These rules apply to all members and visitors within the guest’s party. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.


Ashland’s Creekside Campground and RV Park is privately owned and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

No refunds will be issued for early departures or events caused by acts of nature.


Stay Guidelines

Tent stays are limited to a maximum of 4 nights per month.

RV stays are limited to a maximum of 14 nights per month. RVs are not permitted in tent sites. One tent is allowed on an RV site only if accompanied by an RV.


RV with 3 guests, maximum 5

RV site pricing includes up to 3 guests. Additional guests aged 6 and older may be added at a rate of $5 per person, per night, with a maximum of 8 guests per site.


All vehicles must be parked fully on gravel surfaces within the assigned site. Parking on grass or roadways is not permitted.


Additional vehicles may be allowed based on availability for $5 per vehicle, per night and must be registered upon arrival.


Park Rules & Regulations

These rules apply to all guests and visitors. Any violations or damages must be reported to park staff immediately.

Park management reserves full authority in interpreting and enforcing all rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without refund.


Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM


Lodging Tax

All nightly reservations are subject to lodging tax.
Monthly stays are exempt.


Additional Guests

Campsite and RV site rates include up to 2 guests.

Maximum occupancy per site is 5 guests. Additional guests are charged $3 per person, per night.

For groups larger than five, please contact the office directly.


Pet Policy

A maximum of 3 pets is allowed per site.

Aggressive dogs are not permitted under any circumstances.

All pets must be on a maximum 6' leash or properly contained at all times.


Payment Policy

For nightly reservations, 100% of the total is charged at the time of booking.


Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit card (required for advance payments)
  • Cash, check, or money order (for remaining balance upon arrival)


By providing a credit card, guests authorize charges for:

  • Reservation balances
  • On-site purchases
  • Any unpaid fees at departure


Change Policy

You may change your reservation at any time, subject to availability.

Your site is subject to change unless a lock fee is paid.



Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment when applicable.

However, no refunds will be provided for circumstances beyond the property’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural or man-made disasters (fires, floods, earthquakes, etc.)
  • Epidemics
  • Strikes or industrial actions
  • Terrorist threats or acts
  • War or civil unrest
  • Failures in telecommunications networks

Our goal is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and well-managed environment for all guests.
